A Russian missile hits a building adjacent to a cafe in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv
The Russian invasion of Ukraine caused the country to suffer a massive loss of infrastructure. Millions of Ukrainians have been displaced by war and live a life of refugees. Today, nearly 80% of Kyiv residents face power outages and water cuts as Russian missiles hit key infrastructure in the northeastern city of Kharkiv. Ukraine, and in the central Cherkasy region, Ukrainian officials informed on Monday.
It came after Russia accused Ukraine of a drone attack on its Black Sea Fleet in the annexed Crimean Peninsula. Recently, a video of a Russian missile hitting a nearby building near a cafe in the Ukrainian capital has been circulating the Internet.
